Wala pang sahod pero kailangan na iproseso ang pre-employment requirements at IDs? No problem!
Para matulungan ang mga first time jobseeker o TrabaHunters tulad mo, nandiyan ang Republic Act 11261 o First-Time Jobseekers Assistance Act kung saan nasa batas na libreng maibibigay ng government agencies ang sumusunod na pre-employment requirements nang isang beses lamang sa bawat dokumento:
- Police clearance certificate
- National Bureau of Investigation clearance
- Barangay clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- PhilHealth ID
- Medical certificate mula sa public hospital (Note: Babayaran pa rin ang laboratory tests at iba pang medical procedures na kakailanganin)
- Transcript of academic records mula state colleges at universities
- Civil Service Commission Certificate of Eligibility
- Technical Education and Skills Development Authority national and certificates of competencies (Para sa mga nakapasa ng TESDA competency assessment)
- Philippine Overseas Welfare Administration certificates
- Mayor’s clearance issued by the Business Processing and Licensing Office
- Prosecutor’s clearance
- Municipal and regional trial court clearances
- Maritime Industry Authority certificates
Hindi kasama sa libre ang:
- Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Authentication of Documents
- Philippines Passport
- Career Service Examination
- Professional Licensure Examination
- Driver’s License
Now you might be asking: How to avail po? Madali lang!
- Pumunta sa inyong barangay center dala-dala ang pruweba na kayo ay anim na buwan nang naninirahan sa barangay.
(Pro-tip: maaari ang proof of residency ay utility billing, kontrata ng renta, etc.)
- Mag-request ng first-time jobseeker certificate mula sa officer in charge. Download it here!
Be warned: Any person found guilty of fabrication or falsification shall be liable under the Revised Penal Code. In simple words: kung hindi first time job seeker, huwag magpanggap at baka makulong ka pa!
- Magbigay ng mga dokumento na magpapatunay na ikaw ay may Filipino citizenship tulad ng:
- Birth/Marriage certificate
- Police clearance
- Academic records
- A technical vocational course certificate or proof of technical education from any learning institution in the country
Sino ang pwede mag-avail?
- Filipino citizens (see above!)
- Residente ng barangay for at least six (6) months (see above again!)
- First-time job seeker na actively looking for employment kabilang ang:
- Out-of-school youth
- NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
- Students on leave
- Enrolled students who plan to work while studying ‘
- Students na naka-enroll sa TechVoc o TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)
- Students na may high school diploma o nagtapos ng senior high
- Fresh grads na may associate o bachelor’s degree
